Modular Kitchens

(Source: filminterior.com)

Kitchen can be a really blissful place if you love to cook. On the other side, if cooking is just something that you got to do as a routine job, why not your drab kitchen a new sexy avatar.
One of the best way to do it is to convert your normal routine kitchen into modular kitchen. Personally, I love modular kitchens. I think they are cool, smart and highly efficient. So here are some places where you could shop for modular kitchens.

Thekitchenstudio in Delhi and Gurgaon has some exciting options for modular kitchens. You can even shop for kitchen tiles and various kitchen appliances here.

Sapna Interiors in Delhi also has some classy options. They have divided the kitchen stuff into modern, contemporary and traditional. I think you could skip traditional and explore M and C.

Akruti, based in Bombay, has a host of options to pick from. Must check out the website or visit their store in Tardeo.

Vile Parle in Mumbai based Dream Kitchen seems like one of the best options so far. Interesting place with immense variety. Their Modular kitchens are divided on the basis of material so you can have steel kitchen, laminated kitchen, PU painted kitchen and so on and so forth. Another similar place to check out with is Sleek. The best part about Sleek is that it is available nationally, in almost all the , through dealers. they have all the locations on their website. Neat.

If you are based in Bangalore, a great option to pick your fancy modular kitchen from is Cuisine Classica. Again, they have divided the stuff into modern, contemporary and classic.

Lets go mad!

This post is on my favorite topic-quirky furniture. Some of it is recycled furniture which instantly ups the cool quotient. And some of it just some assembled pieces done in a fun way. Found a lot of stuff on this pretty interesting website trendhunter.com

Personally, I don't if I really like it cuz its slightly shabby but its innovative. I am guessing the cushions been stuck together through some means otherwise it would be a pain as they would keep falling off!

Well, these coil chairs are a bit creepy for me but like I said I totally respect the innovation. The ones below look quite okay.

This one below is my favourite. This "alien" couch is sooo cute :) Love it.
